Pastoral Care

Every pupil entering the school is assigned to a particular member of the Pastoral Care Team who becomes responsible for the individual pupil for their whole school career. The areas that are the responsibilities of the Pastoral Care Team are: Curricular, Personal and Vocational.

Delivery of Personal and Social Education Programme. We at Sgoil Ghàidhlig Ghlaschu believe that education is greatly enhanced when school and parents work together as a partnership. We welcome contact from parents at any time. Therefore should you wish to discuss any matter relating to your child’s education please do not hesitate to contact your son/daughter’s Pastoral Care teacher. The Pastoral Care Teachers also have a teaching commitment and if he/she is unavailable, office staff will be pleased to take a message and the Pastoral Care Teacher will phone back whenever he/she is able to do so. In matters of urgency, parents will be put through to either the Headteacher or Depute.
